Ambisonic Microphones

A range of A-Format mic arrays designed with maximum practicality and audio quality. 

The A-Type 4 is a lower-cost first-order, four-channel ambisonic mic array bundled with Rycote BBG and Windjammer windshields and INV 7HG shockmounts mounts, and Lemo connectors. 

The A-Type 8 is a hybrid-second-order, eight-channel ambisonic mic offering greater spatial accuracy. 

Variants include a short bodied design for use in the Rycote Cyclone Small high performance windshield and shockmount.  

Each microphone is bundled with a state of the art A-Format to B-Format ambiX encoder VST plugin.
