Axel Drioli’s A-Type 8, in for a refurb having travelled the entire length of West Africa following migratory birds with Sounding Wild.
The original cable was apparently eaten by golden Jackals!
This fifteen meter cable can easily be extended with the addition of waterproof RJ45 barrels. Allowing Axel to replace his 100m CAT5 with any standard ethernet cable if any hungry beasties decide to eat his cabling on future trips.
I believe it’s rutting deer in Wales this week, and then back to Africa next year.
