The A-Type 8 microphone array was used by my BBC colleague, Alan, to capture immersive recordings of Glasgow last week, broadcast in binaural.
Cerys thought the mic, in its Rycote Cyclone windshield and fur windjammer, should be called ‘the Haggis’!
